Marine One is the Presidential helicopter that flies President of United States in the same way as the Air Force One aircraft does. It differs from Air Force One which is a jumbo jet and Marine One is a helicopter, but both are equipped with modern safety, technology and flawless security. Marine One is a call sign for US Marine Corps aircraft, which is normally a helicopter that carries the President of the United States from the White House lawn to the Air Force Base.

Whenever American President travels through a plane in any part of the world, then that Air Force Jet plane is called as Air Force One. In general term, the Air Force One is a plane whose primary motive is to transport the President of United States.
