Parachute is a piece of equipment utilized to retard (slow down) the motion of an object from an atmosphere by creating drag (air resistance or fluid resistance). Parachutes are most commonly made out of nylon cloth. The term “parachute” has derived its name from “para”, meaning “counter” or “against” in Ancient Greek, and “chute”, meaning “fall” in French.

Paragliding
Flying like a bird was one of the extreme fantasies man ever dreamed about since centuries, as he wanted to discover this wide and limitless sky. Since the invention of aircrafts and helicopters, man was able to fly in the air with the help of the trained pilot and the expensive machine, but independent flying like a bird with wings was still a dream.
Para-trooping
Paratroopers are special soldiers who are excessively trained in parachute and skydiving operations. These soldiers are so well trained that they can penetrate in to the enemy’s premises without knowing their enemy. They land with the help of a parachute at the planned location along with the required armaments after being dropped from the helicopter or aircraft.
Hot Air Balloons
Hot air balloon is a subset of balloon aircraft, which is the oldest successful human-carrying flight technology. Jean-Francois Pilatre de Rozier made first untethrered manned flight on November 21, 1783 in Paris, France and on December 14, 1782 Francois Laurent d’Arlandes, which was created by Montgolfier brothers.
